How-To Guide

Step #1

Precision designed and die-cut, these paperboard inserts store flat until ready for use. We like to keep a few stacks right on our packing tables.

Step #2

When you're ready, just give each of the four slots a little wiggle to loosen them up, slip the arms into the slots, and within ~10 seconds you've got a perfect cap insert that shapes and protects while adding minimal weight.

Step #3

Once the Cap Keeper is assembled, slip it behind the crown of your hat. You'll find cutout marks on the insert that make it easy to match up with front seam and the top button.

Step #4

When installed, you can check to make sure the crown is looking perfect. If not, Cap Keepers are happy to hold a variety of shapes. Simply use your hands to mold the hat into your preferred shape.
